Project DESCRIPTION:

The housing standards incorporated adaptable design guidelines of how to specify adaptable design for new housing stock as well as purchase guidelines for pre-existing dwellings.

It also incorporated sustainability guidelines for new and existing housing stock; including possible adaptations to improve solar passive performance of existing housing in tropical areas. This included active ways of reducing heat load through planting, ventilation control, sun shading and thermal mass.
