Project DESCRIPTION:

Isidora office building represented a break through in Santiago’s multi-storey building design. The unique curved facade provided a new solution to overshadowing legislation, which delivered more available office space within a striking form. Post tensioning and exposed concrete in the ceilings increased the height of the office space and enhanced thermal efficiencies, while offices were created with independent fresh air and chiller/heating elements built into the window spandrel.
