Executive apartment building in Santiago. This project was developed from brief formulation and planning regulation studies through to tender documentation. The deign for this eight storey building touched on Art Decco style to achieve a classic and upmarket look, in keeping with the traditional neighbouring architecture. It included a large lobby with a central swirling staircase, wrought iron detailing, custom designed steel and glass illuminated ceiling as well as custom designed lamps and fittings.

EDMUND BARTON BUILDING
The complete refurbishment of Edmund Barton Building in Canberra revitalised the commercial life of this architecturally significant building and restored part of the original civic vision for its public spaces. The design provided larger contemporary office areas, child care facilities, a gym and a cafe; and incorporated improved way finding, as well as operational and maintenance efficiencies.
The installation of ‘best practice’ sustainable glazing, insulation, air conditioning, lighting and lifts, achieved a 5 Star Green Star ‘As built’ base building rating.
ISIDORA
Isidora office building represented a break through in Santiago’s multistorey building design.The unique 15 floors curved facade provided a new solution to overshadowing legislation, delivering more available office space within a striking form.
Post tensioning and exposed concrete in the ceilings increased the height of the office space and enhanced thermal efficiencies
